iFOUNDSOUND is a new and innovative music workshop designed to encourage children to discover ways of generating, capturing and composing sound.

Our aim is to provide an entertaining learning environment where participants are encouraged to design and sculpture their own sounds, whilst recognising the effect that sound can have upon themselves and their surroundings. 

We aim to provide pupils with an opportunity to:

• Use their imaginations to create sounds using body percussion and other body sounds. 
• Sculpt their sounds by using computer software and MIDI controllers. 
• Combine sounds to create unique pieces of music. 
• Engage in conversations on listening to sound safely and how noise can effect our environments.
